The purpose of the Reach for Home Transitional Housing Program is to provide opportunities and support for Participants to work toward self-sufficiency, independence and permanent housing. Participants work with a Program Manager to help them access resources and services that will help them make necessary changes in their lives. Further, the Program offers Participants the opportunity to develop a good credit history and positive rental history, to gain self-confidence and to become self-sufficient.

Reach for Home Wishlist

Each day, participants in our programs are hard at work to achieve stability and long-term safe housing. The items on this list are our current highest need items to support people in our shelter programs and those moving into permanent housing.

You can easily purchase items from our Amazon Wishlist and they will be shipped directly to our office. See our wishlist here!

You are more than welcome to purchase requested items from any retailer and ship to or drop off at our Healdsburg office: 433 Hudson St. Healdsburg, CA.
