The purpose of the Reach for Home Transitional Housing Program is to provide opportunities and support for Participants to work toward self-sufficiency, independence and permanent housing. Participants work with a Program Manager to help them access resources and services that will help them make necessary changes in their lives. Further, the Program offers Participants the opportunity to develop a good credit history and positive rental history, to gain self-confidence and to become self-sufficient.

Medical Services

Reach for Home is particularly grateful to its medical services partners in the area, including Alexander Valley Healthcare, Alliance Medical CenterHealdsburg District Hospital, St. Joseph's Mobile Health Clinic, and Sonoma County Behavioral Health, for providing a variety of medical, dental, and mental health services to our low income and homeless clients. 


 

Shower Services

Reach for Home partners with St. Paul’s Episcopal Church to provide daytime shower services to our homeless community. 

Shower Service Schedule: 

Tuesday 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Wednesday 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm
Friday 11:00am - 4:00pm


Food Distribution

Farm to Pantry, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Healdsburg Food Pantry, Healdsburg Shared Ministries, and other local businesses and volunteers generously supply food delivery to low income families and our homeless community weekly, monthly, and on holidays. 


Art Session Drop-In

In conjunction with St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Reach for Home offers art drop-in sessions for clients. Through generous donations from the community, clients are invited to use art materials and writing supplies to create their own pieces independently or with on-site assistance

Schedule: Classes are every Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
